Once upon a time, in a small village in the outskirts of Pune, lived a small Christian family. The family had four members. The father, Joseph was a trademill workers and the mother, Mary was a housewife. They had two sons Abraham, 5 and 1 year old Freddy.

On a sunny Sunday morning, when the family was preparing to go to Church, Freddy suddenly felt unconscious and was admitted in the hospital. The doctor told that he needs an operation as he has a very big tumour inside his body which has blocked the heart, lungs, kidneys and other intestines. But, on his way to the operation theatre, Freddy passes away. The family, relatives and friends fell in grief and were shell-socked by Freddy’s sudden demise. After the burial of his baby brother, a very sad, dejected and depressed Abraham turns to his mother and curiously asks her, where had his baby brother gone. To which his mother very gently replies, “dear son, as you know that a caterpillar lives inside a pupa with several other caterpillars and grows in size and one day escapes from the pupa as a beautiful butterfly and flies around the beautiful and wonderful world living the other behind. Similarly, our Freddy has also gone to another world of beauty and is flying there happily.” A very happy Abraham, then exults with joy and says, “Oh my other, now I do understand that this is the mystery of life.”
