Molly Moon’s Incredible Book of Hypnotism by Georgia Byng

This story revolves around a ten year old orphan, Molly Moon. She hates the stupid orphanage she has to live in and longs to be someone (like the person in that soft drink ad…). When her best friend in the entire universe (or something like that) Rocky is adopted by an American couple, Molly is shattered. But then she decides to move on, and that’s when she finds ‘THE INCREDIBLE BOOK OF HYPNOTISM’. Now, Molly’s got the power and rides in a Rolls Royce. She wins a town talent show and decides to fly to New York , where a superstar like here should be ( and I can not agree more) along with her pet Petula the pug ( former pet of the owner of Molly’s orphanage) to find Rocky. There she gets a job as the new Broadway star (along with Petula, of course)!! And become friends (or well enemies) with Davina Nuttel , another child superstar.

But nothing seems to go right when Petula is petnapped!! And Rocky is nowhere to be found. And of course, on top of all this she has to rob a bank, in order to save Petula!!

I n the end though everything is OK. And that is the perfect ending.
